Hi Emma,

Thanks so much for visiting my website! It was good to meet you too. In terms of the format of the tasting I *love* an informal format but as I didn’t have much time to taste as thoroughly as I would have liked on the night, combined with the time starved nature of my regular days the excel spreadsheet didn’t help me to get the most out of the tasting and my subsequent follow up.

I will be writing up another one of the wines over the weekend though which I thought was fantastic, and I can’t wait for your website to be up and running

Thank you for coming to our tasting at Oddbins Northcote Road. It was good to meet you and your husband. I’m sorry that the format was not to your taste. It was meant to be informal and to allow you to taste your choice of wines, not just for us to present you with only our shiniest offerings. The wines that were open had been selected by other people who had attended earlier in the day, and as we mentioned, you were very welcome to select anything else that you wanted to taste. Please let me know if you would like a list of what was open on the day, or if you would like any further information on anything else.

We sell over fifty Portuguese wines at our shop, Wines @ West End and in our pub, The Inn @ West End. Try the Giesta Touriga Rosado from Dao by the glass with a bowl of kedgeree – yum!
